In accordance with changes in personal data protection regulations (GDPR), below we provide information about how NICE IDEA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the operator of the Little Story brand and online store at https://little-story.pl, processes your personal data and the rights you have in this regard.

We obtain your data directly from you during account registration on little-story.pl, while placing orders, or via email/phone orders.

  • provide services electronically through little-story.pl, including account creation and order tracking,

  • perform and manage transactions and customer inquiries,

  • process returns and complaints,

  • comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting regulations.

We also rely on our legitimate interests to:

  • conduct statistical analyses and marketing activities,

  • ensure service security,

  • pursue claims and participate in legal proceedings.

I. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store.

  2. Consumer – as defined in Article 22[1] of the Polish Civil Code, a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business not directly related to their commercial or professional activity.

  3. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).

  4. Terms and Conditions – this document outlining the rules for using the online store operated under the Little Story brand.

  5. Online Store (hereafter: the “Store”) – the website available at https://little-story.pl through which the Customer can place Orders.

  6. Product – goods available for purchase in the Store.

  7. Sales Agreement – a contract of sale as defined by the Civil Code, concluded between Little Story (operated by NICE IDEA Sp. z o.o.) and the Customer through the Store.

  8. Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).

  9. Electronic Services Act – the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

  10. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and quantity of Products.

II. General Provisions

    1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://little-story.pl.

    2. These Terms and Conditions are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Electronic Services Act.

    3. The online store Little Story, operating under the domain https://little-story.pl, is managed by NICE IDEA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based at ul. Włókniarzy 1, 63-100 Śrem, NIP: 7851810748, REGON: 387988158. The business is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the Polish Minister for Economic Affairs.

    4. These Terms and Conditions specify in particular:

      • the rules for account registration and use within the online store;

      • the conditions and rules for placing Orders electronically;

      • the procedure for concluding Sales Agreements through the online store.

    5. To use the Store, the Customer’s IT system must meet the following minimum technical requirements:

      • Operating system: Windows, Linux (with GUI), or macOS;

      • Processor: 1 GHz or faster;

      • RAM: 1 GB;

      • Free disk space: 8 GB;

      • Graphics card: 256 MB, resolution of at least 1024x768;

      • Internet connection: minimum download 512 kbps, upload 128 kbps;

      • Internet browser with JavaScript enabled: Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome 13+, Mozilla Firefox 10+.

    6. To access the Store, the Customer must provide their own device with an internet connection.

    7. In accordance with applicable laws, Little Story may limit access to the Store for individuals under the age of 18. In such cases, appropriate notices will be issued.

Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via a link on the Store’s homepage. They may download and print the document for their records.

III. Use of the Online Store

      1. Registration in the Store is optional.
        Customers may place orders with or without creating an account, provided they accept these Terms and Conditions.

      2. Placing Orders Without Registration
        To place an order without registering, the Customer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions and provide the necessary personal information required to process the order.

      3. Registration Process
        a. Account registration is completed by filling out and submitting the registration form available on the Store’s website.
        b. To register, the Customer must agree to the content of the Terms and Conditions and provide mandatory personal data marked in the form.
        c. Upon successful registration, an account is created for the Customer, granting access to order history and tracking.

      4. Right to Restrict or Deny Access
        Little Story (NICE IDEA Sp. z o.o.) reserves the right to deny or limit access to the Store, with immediate effect, if the Customer violates these Terms, especially if the Customer:

        • provides false, outdated, or misleading information during registration;

        • violates the rights of third parties through the Store;

        • engages in conduct deemed illegal or contrary to Internet etiquette or Little Story’s reputation.

      5. Customer Responsibilities
        The Customer agrees to:

        • use the Store in accordance with Polish law, these Terms, and general Internet usage principles;

        • refrain from transmitting content that is illegal or offensive;

        • avoid disrupting the Store’s operations through harmful software or actions;

        • not send spam or unsolicited commercial information;

        • use the Store in a way that is respectful to other users;

use all content on the Store solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

IV. Conclusion of Sales Agreement

          1. Order Placement
            To place an order via the Little Story online store, the Customer must visit https://little-story.pl, select a Product, and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

          2. Product Selection
            Products are added to the order by clicking the appropriate button (e.g., “Add to Cart”). Customers can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

          3. Order Review and Modification
            Until the “Confirm Order” button is clicked, the Customer can modify both the contents of the cart and the data entered. Instructions for doing so are clearly provided at each step of the order process.

          4. Order Summary
            Before placing the order, a summary page will be displayed showing:

            • a list of selected Products,

            • total price including taxes and any applicable shipping costs,

            • selected delivery and payment methods.

          5. Placing the Order
            To finalize the order, the Customer must:

            • confirm the correctness of provided data,

            • accept the Terms and Conditions,

            • click the button confirming the order (e.g., “Place Order”).

          6. Offer and Acceptance
            The product listings on the website constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The Customer’s confirmation of an order is deemed an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.

          7. Conclusion of the Agreement
            The Sales Agreement is concluded when the order is received by the Store’s system and the order complies with the Terms. A confirmation email including key order details is sent to the Customer.

          8. Language and Format
            The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish and complies with the current Terms and Conditions.

          9. Access to Terms
            Customers may access the Terms at any time via a link on the Store’s homepage. Orders and associated documents are stored electronically and can be reviewed by logging into the Customer’s account.

V. Delivery

  1. Delivery Area
    Product delivery is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and is made to the delivery address specified by the Customer when placing the Order.

  2. Delivery Methods
    Orders from the Little Story online store are fulfilled through the following delivery services:

    • Poczta Polska (Polish Post),

    • InPost courier service,

    • Paczka w Ruchu,

    • InPost parcel lockers (Paczkomaty).

  3. Personal Collection
    Customers may also choose to collect their orders in person at the following address:

    during business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:20 PM.

  4. Delivery Costs
    All delivery costs are displayed to the Customer during the Order process and included in the total order amount.

  5. Delivery Time
    Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after correct order placement and payment confirmation (or confirmation of cash-on-delivery orders). The delivery time starts from the date of order confirmation.

  6. Damaged Goods During Delivery
    In the case of distance selling to Consumers, Little Story bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of the Product in transit.
    If a Product arrives damaged, please contact the Store immediately to initiate a claim.

VI. Prices and Payment Methods

  1. Product Prices
    All prices listed on the Little Story website are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all applicable components, including VAT (at the applicable rate), customs duties, and any other additional charges.

  2. Payment Methods
    Customers may choose from the following payment options:

    • Bank transfer to the account:

    • Cash on delivery (COD) – payment upon receiving the goods.

    • Online payments via the IAI Pay platform, which offers multiple secure payment methods.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Withdrawal Period
    Customers who are Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.
    The withdrawal period starts:

    • from the date the Consumer (or a third party designated by the Consumer) takes possession of the goods.

  2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform us:

    You may (but are not required to) use the official withdrawal form available on our website.

  3. Deadline Compliance
    The withdrawal deadline is met if the notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.

  4. Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from the agreement:

    • We will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery charges for non-standard options chosen by the Customer).

    • Refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

    • The refund will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

    We may withhold the refund until:

    • we receive the returned goods, or

    • you provide proof of return—whichever occurs first.

  5. Return of Goods
    Returned goods should be sent no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.
    You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  6. Responsibility for Diminished Value
    You are only liable for diminished value of goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

VIII. Complaints About Products

  1. Seller’s Responsibility
    As the seller, Little Story (operated by NICE IDEA Sp. z o.o.) is liable to Consumers under the warranty for physical or legal defects in Products as defined in the Polish Civil Code, particularly Articles 556, 556[1]–556[3], and subsequent provisions.

  2. How to File a Complaint
    Complaints regarding Product defects or non-compliance with the agreement should be submitted to:

    The complaint should include:

    • the Customer’s full name and contact details,

    • order number,

    • description of the issue,

    • and, if possible, photographic evidence of the defect.

  3. Complaint Resolution Time
    Complaints will be addressed within 14 days of receipt.
    If the complaint is not resolved within this period, it is considered accepted by default.

  4. Manufacturer’s Warranty
    If applicable, warranty claims can also be submitted directly to an authorized service center listed in the warranty card.

IX. Complaints Regarding Electronic Services

  1. Ensuring Proper Functionality
    Little Story takes all reasonable steps, in accordance with current technological knowledge, to ensure the correct and uninterrupted functioning of the online store.

  2. Reporting Issues
    Customers are encouraged to promptly report any irregularities, service interruptions, or technical issues related to the functioning of the Store.

    Complaints concerning electronic services will be reviewed and resolved within 14 days.
    Lack of response within this timeframe implies that the complaint has been accepted.

X. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

  1. ADR Options for Consumers
    Consumers have the right to resolve disputes with the seller out of court. Available options include:

    • Requesting mediation through the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection.

    • Filing a case before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection.

    • Seeking free assistance from a Municipal or County Consumer Ombudsman or a consumer protection organization, such as the Polish Consumers' Association or Consumer Federation.

  2. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
    Consumers may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform, available at:

  3. Conditions for ADR
    Out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary and may proceed only if both parties agree to participate.

XI. Final Provisions

  1. Jurisdiction for Consumers
    Any disputes between Little Story (operated by NICE IDEA Sp. z o.o.) and a Customer who is a Consumer shall be resolved by a competent court according to the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.

  2. Jurisdiction for Business Customers
    Any disputes between Little Story and Customers who are not Consumers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of NICE IDEA Sp. z o.o., unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Applicable Law
    In all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, particularly:

    • the Polish Civil Code,

    • the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,

    • the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,

    • and GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

  4. Conflict Resolution Clause
    If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to conflict with mandatory legal provisions, the relevant legal standards shall apply in place of the contested clause, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
